Purpose
Action Mechanics was founded with the objective to improve practices in the workplace that help to create and sustain a healthy environment. Virtually all companies could improve their culture and employee experience, but sometimes organizations need help in focusing on employee morale and satisfaction. Improvement in the wellness of the workforce, at all levels, correlates directly into lowered cost, a more effective company, a more coveted organization, more satisfied customers, and without question, greater bottom line performance.
High employee turnover and significant cultural deficits are two areas within companies that continue to be cited by exiting employees, researchers, and management consultants, as virtually unmanaged and neglected. Our own experiences bear this same conclusion. We believe that there is a great opportunity in American business today to improve the employee work experience, and as a result make companies stronger and more competitive.
